Picture four says it all: some of the holes are already plugged with clay. Somebody's moved in. The Blossom Guardian Bee Hotel — crafted from solid cedar — turns your garden into a haven for wild bees. And they'll repay the favour: fruit trees in full bloom, a thriving vegetable patch, and a garden that truly buzzes with life. 🐝

What sets this bee hotel apart?

Solid cedar: Untreated and naturally resistant to the elements — no varnish, no chemicals, no fuss.

Built by hand: Every layer precision-milled and carefully assembled, one piece at a time.

Copper roof: Keeps the rain out and ages beautifully over the seasons.

Mixed tunnel sizes: Multiple tiers with varying diameters to welcome a wide range of wild bee species.

Three ways to mount it: Stand it on a surface, nail it to a wall, or hang it from the built-in steel hook round the back.

Worth knowing
This hotel is made for wild and solitary bees — think mason bees and mining bees — not honeybees, which live in hives. Wild bees are gentle (they hardly ever sting) and happen to be outstanding pollinators.

The Final Sale

Message from the Artist:

After years of making things by hand, our workshop is closing. These are the last pieces we'll ever ship. Every item on this page was made slowly, carefully, and with more love than any factory could replicate. Nothing rushed. Nothing outsourced. Just real craft from real hands.

We're proud of every single one. We hope they find good homes.

When they're gone, they're gone — and so are we.

Excellent 4.9

What Clays customers are saying

We got this for a fourth-grade pollinator project. The teacher loved it, the kids loved it — but honestly, now it's hanging in my backyard and I check on it every morning. The build quality is way better than anything I've seen at Home Depot or Target.

I've had two different ones from Amazon over the years — both just collected dust. This one had a mason bee moving in within the first week. The bamboo tubes are the real deal, not that cheap hollow stuff. Solid purchase.

I didn't think a bee house would make any difference. My wife convinced me. It's been up for three weeks and two of the tubes are already sealed with clay, which apparently means eggs are in there.

Peter Ostrowski, Portland, OR

It´s amazing to see that bees actually use it. My husband and my daugther hung it and actually 2 weeks later we saw the first few bees in it. Really happy that we are doing something for these important creatures.
